Django Development Server Not Working

Problem: django developer server is not serving the Welcome to Django page following this django tutorial. Instructions Followed: curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py -o get-p

Solution 1:

try python3.5 manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8080 and add ALLOW_HOSTS=['192.xxx.xxx.xxx'] to your settings.py

python3.5 manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8080 will assign django to your local computer ip address,your can access django with http://localhost/ or http://your_ip_address/

with python3.5 manage.py runserver 8080 django only can be access by http://localhost/.
